Terms of service
The legal framework for using EnfinitOS. Formal contracting happens through our Master Services Agreement; this page summarises the public-facing terms.
Draft — final review pending. These terms are published in draft form while EnfinitOS Ltd completes incorporation in April 2027. The final commercial wording, the named contracting entity, and the governing-law clause will be confirmed at incorporation and reviewed by independent solicitors before first pilot activation.
This website vs. the service
These terms govern your use of enfinitos.com — the public marketing site, the reservation form, and any general correspondence. They do not govern use of the EnfinitOS platform itself. Use of the platform by a pilot or production tenant is governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement.

Acceptable use of this site
You may browse and read this site freely. You may submit the reservation form if you are acting on behalf of a legitimate organisation considering a pilot. You may contact us by email.
You may not: submit knowingly false information, attempt to access non-public parts of the platform, attempt to overload or probe the site's infrastructure, or use the reservation form for unsolicited commercial communication back to us.
What the website is not
Nothing on this website constitutes a commercial offer, a binding undertaking, or a contract. The reservation form is a non-binding registration of interest. Commercial commitments only come into force once a Letter of Intent and, subsequently, a Master Services Agreement are executed with EnfinitOS Ltd after incorporation.
Intellectual property
The content, code, brand, and product names used on this site are the intellectual property of the founder pre-incorporation and will transfer to EnfinitOS Ltd at incorporation. You may reference EnfinitOS publicly in neutral, factual terms. You may not reproduce the brand, mark, or site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
No warranties on the website
The website and the information it contains are provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, but pre-launch status means specifics may change. Roadmap dates, commercial structure, and platform capabilities are subject to refinement up to the point of first pilot activation.
Warranties, service-level commitments, and liability allocations for the platform itself are defined in the Master Services Agreement, not on this website.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
