Rules & rule composition

Rules attach to rights and constrain runtime execution: operating hours and geofences for DOOH, age gates and consent-required gates for retail media, territory restrictions for CTV, behavioural constraints (yield-to-pedestrians, max speed, hands-free) for robotics and drones. Every rule is enforced pre-render by the platform, and every issuance + amendment lands in the audit ledger as a signed proof record.
