After the call, a Letter of Intent
Non-binding, no payment. It records your intent to run a pilot with EnfinitOS in April 2027 subject to mutual agreement on scope and commercials.
April 2027 — entity forms, MSA signs
EnfinitOS Ltd incorporates in April 2027. We execute the Master Services Agreement within four weeks of incorporation and your pilot activates.
The legal entity does not exist yet. EnfinitOS Ltd incorporates in April 2027 and will not accept any payment until regulated UK business banking is in place. Your reservation costs you nothing today — it secures your place in the cohort, nothing more. If the platform or commercial model isn't what you expected when we contract, you walk.
